Swap to downsize in Fairwater, Cardiff for sale

I have 3 bed house , 2 bed are double size and a single size bedroom, a large kitchen (new kitchen this year), downstairs toilet, utility room, and a living room, upstairs all the bedrooms and the shower room with the second toilet. It has a large back garden and one car driveway in front. All double glazing and central heating. It is a housing association property and close to the shops, leisure centre, GP. Primary school is 5 min and the high school 10 min away by walk. There is bus stop right in front of the house which mean is very easy access to the city centre, every 10-15 min. If you'd like train then 10 min away by walking. All neighbours are lovely and quite. I do want to downsize to 2 bed council house with the garden for own use in Whitchurch, Rhiwbina, Heath, Birchgrove, Llandaff, Llandaff North,only please. Thank you.
